The option “Repair Your Computer” from the Advanced Boot Options menu is always selected when the PC is booted, and the PC will attempt to enter the Recovery Console but will be unable to do so.
Symptom 2: The recovery console repeatedly launches.
The recovery console is launched every time Windows is attempted to boot up, and it attempts to resolve the PC’s problems. The repair either fails or claims to have succeeded, but the computer continues to malfunction and attempts to start the Recovery Console again the next time it is powered on.
